I love this recent post by MSN regarding buyers overlooking purchasing a great home just because of minor fixes & repairs!  I see this with so many of my clients these days looking for a perfect home that frankly just does not exist.  You can make a home fit perfect for you overtime by updated, repairing & decorating as needed. Wanting everything perfect when looking for a home can lead to a buyer becoming very frustrated in inevitably overpay for their home.
