About Me

Born in Kansas City I have so many fond memories of growing up here that instilled in me a passion and a love for the City. One of my favorite memories growing up as a child was getting to ride my horses and going to the "ever so famous" American Royal Rodeo held at Kemper Arena.  Walking into the rodeo with my tie dye cow girl hat and a mouth full of cotton candy, I just couldn't wait to see my favorite barrel racing girls speeding out of the gate with their horses. 

Of course, so many other memories come to my mind including visiting the Kansas City Zoo (loved the Gorillas), walking to Worlds of Fun almost every weekend (Zambezi Zinger was my favorite) and going out the baseball game at the Royals stadium.

You may be wondering what this has do with real estate? Good question.  My desire for getting into the real estate business started about 10 years ago.  After studying business in college, I was then encouraged by a friend, who is now my husband, to look into the real estate industry. This seemed to be the perfect fit! As a Kansas City native, I already had so much knowledge of the City and its surrounding neighborhoods.  So, I began my career as a  buyer's agent in 2005 and loved helping people find a great deal on a home. Currently, I have been working at Platinum Realty since 2008 and have truly enjoy helping many clients achieve their home ownership goals.
Over the past few years I have truly focused on finding my clients the perfect home and not just a place to live. I believe wholeheartedly that listening to my clients, being honest regardless of the outcome and working with passion is the key to every successful real estate transaction.
